Scrambled Eggs

Make a scrambled mess, or cook slower into a firm “hospital style” block, you choose the style

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method

Break 2 eggs per person into a cup, and from there into a large bowl. Beat eggs and add milk

Melt butter in a pan, and add egg mixture stirring continuously until mixture sets

Stop stirring as it starts to set, and lower temperature if a solid block is desired

Serve on hot buttered toast

Chopped tomato, chive, parsley, or cheese can be added to garnish
